Cool Water is of course a classic, an affordable and very competent take on the much more expensive Green Irish Tweed.
However, it's kind of sharp for me. If you want that mint vibe toned down a bit, give Façonnable a try. It's another fantastic, inexpensive French mass-market fragrance. Look up the pronunciation first though to avoid looking foolish.
I was recently at Sephora with my wife and was surprised that a lot of the colognes from the 90's are still around for sale. I saw Eternity, Drakkar Noir, CK 1, Polo Sport. I didn't see Cool Water.

More synthetic version of Green Irish Tweed. Pretty close to GIT from far away not up close - there are better ones though more costly.
Apart from Drakkar, I think most of those held up pretty well.
