The monitor in this deal is also smaller than dual 27". 49" is equal to dual 27.

I just contacted Amazon customer support and got $150 in credit back! WOOHOO! From what I hear they never price match, but returning and rebuy wasn't an option.

This is a great deal for this monitor for sure!

It was for someone else (far away). With the cost for me to re-ship it to them, I had it directly shipped from Amazon to them, hence I never got to lay a hand on it.

Wow, how did you pull that off?!?! In my exp, Amz never gives credit back, which is dumb seeing how it cost more for them if we return and rebuy

34" is smaller than even dual 27" so it's definitely not too big. In reality it's too small, unless you still use a second monitor.

You'll be fine doing this. People get away with returning books as electronics all the time (don't do this) — but returning the same exact item to get around their no price adjustment policy is fine.

I agree and disagree (even with myself!

Perhaps I should have been more clear: my 34" is too large for my current setup and viewing distance but I also want a larger monitor at the same time.

Yeah, I went in knowing they don't to price matches but was very nice and explained a return and repurchase wasn't possible so they gave me $150 back. $10 is an account credit and the rest I chose to have a Amazon Gift Card but they did offer original payment.

I could buy it again at this $549 price and use the $150 credit I got and get another for $400!

Does it take dual input ? Like samsung g9?? Im looking for a display which can take take two inputs ( two different laptops) ..please advise
