The good things are the one year warranty by eBay and Free return shipping by eBay if the item is defective.
The bad part is the taxes(almost $40) for where I live.

Update::: after reading a few battery comments I guess battery life not an issue on this purchase

I've had the ultra 2 since release day and I'm still at 100% battery. Charge every night all night. These should be fine.

Sam's Club was selling these before Christmas brand new for $699.
Was tempted to buy one then.

Wouldn't buy a used one for only $50 less.

hopefully these are the ones that still have the o2 still functioning sine they are refurbished and are not the newer variant

Why do you charge every night? The battery on these will go 3 days without much effort.

After the A4C deal for AWU in pristine condition for $480+ tax and many getting apple warranty and possible apple care plus purchase, I wouldn't spend almost $170 more plus taxes just to get some negligible improvements on AWU 2. Not really a deal imo.

Doesn't matter watch shuts off charging at capacity. People are still obsessed with charging hygiene on these types of products and it makes little to no difference.

Apple is disabling the O2 meter for brand new models. The disabled ones will have a different serial number.

Third parties are allowed to keep selling existing new stock, with the sensor intact. There's little to no chance a refurbished one at this point will be one of the disabled.

Don't forget cash back from CB sites or other sites... Got almost $14.40 cash back... Plus Zero sales taxes for me.. It was a decent deal

Don't count on them not patching the function out of the software to stay in compliance with the courts.
