Just check the known watch forums then make your decision how legit they are. I would not trust them any more money than you are willing to lose. Better yet, treat purchasing from them like buying from Facebook marketplace or craigslist.

In regards to customer service. I have only had to contact customer service once and I able to talk to a person immediately during business hours.

This site is heavily promoted by the shills on SD, but it's not a very good site to buy from. I've gotten used, fake, and questionable merchandise from jomashop and their service is clearly some of the worst. Be aware that once they have your money, you might be SOL of you don't get what you ordered or if it's materially different than what you ordered.
