Almost purchased one as it looks nice and has good reviews. Then, one reviewer mentioned no side pocket for bottle. That's no-go for a backpack that you are gonna use for traveling. Real shame.

I know it's a simple design, but I just wanted to say that I've been using one for about 3 years and it's held up great. It's surprisingly comfortable and I actually really like that there aren't a hundred different pockets to dig through. If these are still made as well as mine, I can understand why they retail at $109 for fair trade manufacturing and $54 would be a great price. I'm cheap and bought mine at the thrift store for $5, but I would pay full price for a replacement if I had to. I'd have to really check the quality, though, because so many outdoor companies have gone way downhill over the last few years.
