Giant, reversible wood cutting board made from Acacia wood.
Has lip that braces against countertop for stability.
If you have never owned a real wood cutting board remember:
1. Do not put in dishwasher. Just wash off with dishsoap and dry with towel.
2. Occasionally oil it with Mineral Oil (sold as a laxative at any pharmacy). The oil keeps it sealed. Do both sides and all the edges!
3. Don't leave in standing water.
4. I personally would not cut raw meats on a wood cutting board, but cooked meats (like a brisket or turkey) are totally fine.
5. Acacia is naturally anti bacterial .
Remember, this is Menards, so it really is B&M (brick and mortar) only. They will ship to your local store for free, but shipping elsewhere is $$$$ (because they want to get you into the store).

That's why I bought these. Kitchen pre remodel only had 30" total of counter so one of these is doubling my countertop space haha
I'm taking everything in stages so we have barely no downtime while remodeling, have only had one day so far where we couldn't use the sink or stove

Full or half sheet of half-inch plywood ripped to 24 inches will give you all the workspace you need until you actually get countertops, I went through the same thing a couple years ago and worth the expense.
