$100 warranty, on a $270 purchase...are you nucking futz? If it craps out in 2 years, fix it if it's cheap, or buy the newer model. You're almost halfway to the purchase price of a new one with your $100.

Looks like there's a sale on warranty - $100 will get you 2 yrs extended on the regular AND get accidental damage coverage. On-site repairs. These latest inspirons have crap reviews; do yourself a favor and get the warranty.
