The pros were it's easy to clean the brew group with a toothbrush and wet rag while it's still hot... It makes espresso... And it's pretty fun to use for a newb like myself. They even sell third party bottomless portafilters out there which you could probably do some fun stuff with paired with a very good grinder. Forgot to mention also there is a steam wand!
Downsides are: no three way solenoid valve, so after brewing, you have to let the portafilter stay there for a couple of minutes to avoid coffee spewing about. You also have to be sure you don't let the machine get cruddy -- rinse and wipe the brew group before storing, use good water or gently descale as needed (I think this has an aluminum boiler, though, so buy Al safe cleaning solution)...
Overall, for this price--solid buy.

I had one when I was just starting out. Kinda want to see if I can make some decent coffee with it but not enough to spend the time and effort.
I went to my local Sam's Club in Lakeland FL. Online website claimed the store does not sell it. I went anyway and they had it in stock but it has no price on it, could not find price anywhere. I went and scanned it at checkout and it rang up as 45$.
So moral of the story: no matter what the website says, or if it ha no price tag, go to the store and check. You might just get lucky

I went to the Kissimmee store to check regardless of the website saying out of stock and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Side note: bought the Coffee Gator espresso machine for $30~ last month and this is already worlds ahead from that.
The fabulous thing about this machine is that it has an actual boiler in it instead of a thermoblock. This means the entire group head (where you put your grounds) can warm up and reduce any variations in temperature. A lot of recommended machines under $500 use a thermoblock which while speeding up the initial start up time fail to warm up the group head leaving for an uneven extraction.
Another great thing about this machine is that it is fully manual and makes the user use dosing by weight instead of volumetric dosing. This is the way to go to get consistent shots every time.
