Got same refurbished unit a year back for Asus mesh, put it my detached garage, got full coverage all around my house and backyard, couldn't be happier

Thumb up to counter the down, not sure why the hate. I have this router and all around it is a very nice and capable router. Haven't had to do regularly restarts; just works.

Not sure why all the early thumb-downs. This was a FP deal at $100 around BF.

Thinking of jumping on it. My Blue Cave is still running solid, and I shouldn't try to fix what ain't broken. But my Gigabit connection's bandwidth is weirdly fluctuating. I am wondering if it's time for a new router. Scratchchin

I would skip this router and get a used or refurbished AX86U or AX86U Pro.

Ditto. Most stable router I've owned since the venerable 68u (the infamous Tmo crossover router).

I got this for $100 around BF, no issues. I only use it as a mesh node though.

I also put the Merlin fork on it
