I was excited about this deal until I saw the $400 shipping cost. That's 50% of the purchase price! Total with tax came to $1,300+ so not a deal anymore.

If you live near a warehouse, call the store and ask them if you can pick up from the warehouse. At the warehouse, the staff can unbox it for you to see if you like it, and you can return it on the spot.

Yep, I didn't notice that. Ordinarily, the CB and CB2 pickups at warehouse are a good way to check colors, make sure there aren't irregularities, etc., and avoid having to make a return.

It seems the deal is not dead yet. I have an option to pick up so $800. Trying to apply the 15% coupon I got from moving but it doesn't work. Chat not available at this time. Anyone know if I place an order now, can I cancel it later without going to pick it up in case I change my mind?

Finally picked up my order. Very comfortable to sit on, too bright for my taste though. Good thing is kids will not be using this.
