I was excited about this deal until I saw the $400 shipping cost. That's 50% of the purchase price! Total with tax came to $1,300+ so not a deal anymore.

If you live near a warehouse, call the store and ask them if you can pick up from the warehouse. At the warehouse, the staff can unbox it for you to see if you like it, and you can return it on the spot.

Unfortunately - the quality of the manufacturing has declined significantly for CB and CB2. Although the handful of reviews here seem positive, read the reviews on many of the other furniture itemsā€¦sad to say, but these have become practically disposable goods barely above IKEA quality.

Just tried with no luck. Rep asked a supervisor and the request was still rejected due to the item already being discounted and final sale. Maybe just unlucky?
