First off the vacuum didn't state it was sold by another company on the web page. I imagine that's how they get you when trying to return it. Beware, not all items are shipped/ sold by Walmart. (I'm sure most of you know this) If they are sold by another company, you can NOT return the item to a Walmart store. The vacuum isn't horrible. Doesn't come with many attachments. The switch to turn it on isn't on the bottom where you'd normally find it. Overall I'm happy with it as the price I paid wasn't much. I think Hoover vacuums pick up better than Dyson. I tested it out in a 5 sq. ft. area and it picked up dirt my old Hoover didn't pick up.
