CamelCamelCamel shows the all time low for this watch being $99 in October of 22', so if you're in the market, this is a great price. This model has a pretty reasonable size too at 37mm. Smaller and a bit more refined vs some of their large 45mm case variants that are harder to pull off unless you've got large wrists. If I didn't have too many field watches already I'd absolutely grab this.

This is tempting. I have 3 Eco-Drives - one is from 2004 and still works. Such an amazing company, IMO.

I might bite at this price, but I get hung up on folks saying these were ~60ish at one point.

Citizen and eco drive seem to be top notch.

Anyone care to share some advice? Bite or wait?

I would but do not need a men's watch. I have an old citizen watch with eco drive that has lasted 13 years and still doing fine.

I paid $80.54 for this exact one in 2019 from the electric-bay for what it's worth. Love this watch. Good luck!

My eco-drive is, I believe, about 12 years old. Yes, these are the ones to get, no batteries to change.

If you need it, like it, and have smaller wrists, then go for it! I'm wearing mine right now. I love it. I paid $80 years ago, but $103 is in line with inflation IMO, and the watch is worth more. If not this model, then another Eco Drive.

Agree with Crimson - this watch is good for smaller wrists. Fits like basic Seiko 5 Automatic watches, so buyer beware.

Otherwise a very solid watch for a good discounted price.

You won't likely see that price again. It went sub 60 several years ago during Walmart Amazon price wars. If you wait you may see it in the 80s, but this is an excellent watch at this price.

Because of the 37mm - This is an excellent watch to teach children how to read analog time with the Arabic hour and minutes marked clearly - gave it to my oldest and passed it down three kids and is returned back to me now. Very easy to cut down a nylon nato with a hot knife and quarter to mark and round out the tongue edge - swapped between khaki and pink straps for the kids while in grade school.

Found my old Walmart Receipt from 2017

I will add that if you put a black leather band on this it's actually a pretty sharp looking watch.

I bought this a few years back when it was $60 and love it so much. I will say that the watch face seems to get scratched easily. I sent mine off for repair and it was $60 - cheaper than a new one but frustratingly high.

I would buy a new one for $60 to keep in reserve but those times are probably past.

Highly recommended watch for a daily modest but effective watch that looks sharp.
