Enough power for stained glass work?

Answer: probably not based on one q&a @ Amazon.

Be certain to look at the reviews sorted by most recent. Many issues with durability.

There are big corded Hakkos to be had. I'm summoning up my courage to solder tabs on a single 18650.

The brander, tilswall, seems to use the words 'welding' and 'soldering' interchangeably in their sales literature. Probably a mistranslation although they may be aiming for the "wants to join small electric bits together but searches for electric welder" demographic.

Highly doubt it. It's for electrical work, not structural steel work. You need a welder.

Chinese products often use the word "welding" as a synonym for "soldering".

Bought this a few years back for some light soldering jobs. It works as expected, no issues.

Seems like a great deal. How does this brand compare to Weller?

Personally, I would choose a Weller or Hakko over this deal.
