Dang, wish it was the 8qt. We took ours on Thanksgiving to a relatives house and a glass dish slid a little and put a little dent on the side towards the top. Now the little bugger doesnt have a complete seal. So protect your instapot, they're kind of weak.

Only the Instant Pot Max can pressure can. I have had it for two years and it works like a champ.

Tempted to buy this because it has the one feature that my current Instant pot does not have— "favorites" buttons. I only make the same 3 things in my Instant Pot (rice, oatmeal, hard eggs) Wish could program a button for each of of these things, and it appears this model would let me do it

Hard boiled eggs - 1 cup of water, place eggs on wire rack. Set IP for 5 minutes pressure, then 5 minutes natural release, 5 minutes in ice bath.

This is a great deal - Instapot's parent company filed for bankruptcy few months ago - i.e. I wouldn't bet on getting manufacturer warranty - you may only covered for 90 days thru woot.

I do Pythagorean theorem: 3, 4, 5
3 min under high pressure, 4 min natural release, 5 min (or longer) ice bath.

Woot is owned by Amazon so one might assume so. It's odd that they don't list stating a 1 year IP warranty on the listing. Usually their Open Box listing are only a Woot warranty . This is listed as New. I'd buy it but I already have a 6 qt.
