It is no big deal unless you stay a lot of nights with this promo. It is an extra night towards elite status which gets you lounge access when you hit 50 nights in a year.

Not bad...at least I was able to actually apply this promo - 3/4 of the time, they don't apply to my account.

Not the greatest promo, unless you have some serious stay activity coming up in the next few months. But I'll take it, as any extra points will help offset the devaluation Marriott has done to their redemption / hotel category process over the past few years. still not as bad as Hilton devalued their program...but it's getting there in the race to the bottom of the devaluation path.

Also have the Double Elite Night Credit Promo that runs through 2/29. It allowed me to add both Promos. Have upcoming business travel throughout the month of February. Let's see if it will allow me to double dip.

Also wondering this. The terms and conditions say you need to register and then the stay just needs to complete during the promotion period. I would think you do not need to rebook but does anyone else have experience with this? For Hilton, I did not need to rebook to get the promotional points.
