They canceled the Mickey Mouse Can Holder and Billy Butcherson Water Bottle from my last order, even though they appantly still have them in stock since you can still order 'em. Then took another two weeks to cancel the The Nightmare Before Christmas jacket. So half my orinal order canceled, at least it meant free shipping...

Be careful ordering from shopDisney during sale times. Since Black Friday I've ordered three times, and every single time I've had one item or multiple items canceled.

Either it's just me or this is a new trend that I make an order then within three weeks. I finally get an email saying oops sorry it was out of stock. We're canceling your order and you don't have to pay a thing.
Order from Disney frequently, and this never happened in the past

It was pretty good experience IRL. Check it out. Somewhat expensive as it is an additional cost but why not.

Some companies do this to collect information. Set a price that will attract a lot of "buyers," get their contact info, cancel all the orders, and then sell the info.

shopDisney is more of an operations cluster than anything else, they've been laying people off constantly since the stores closed so everything is running on fumes lol
