just FWIW, I bought these off of the last time this deal was posted. They present as basically new-without-box from Secondipity, and they're nice in terms of sound and features, but the headband thing really hurts the crown of my head after a couple hours. I used to be able to wear my older sony BT headphones with the thicker headband cushioning for 15 hours if I wanted to (and I use/need headphones enough that sometimes I do need up to 15 hours of wear).

I'm really, really considering returning them.

These might be a little TACTICOOL but have you thought about headband covers? I use something similar on my ear protection and have no issues for 8+ hours. I really like my sonys, I got the same deal as you

Have you tested these covers with your own pair of XM5? I'm wondering how the fit is because the headband on the XM5 is narrower than on a typical ear muff. Could affect the fit.

Best ones yet. We have all of these and the in ear ones. These are a step up in ANC and comfort.

thanks for the suggestion. I hadn't seen that kind of thing before. It could be a decent solution, but also seems like a bit much cosmetically. Not that that necessarily matters to me tooooo much I suppose but still. I might be more inclined to just swap these headphones for the XM4 which from what I understand has a thicker/wider headband cushion built in. But I appreciate now having this option to consider.

Hi for anybody that didn't receive the email from eBay with warranty information, what did you to ensure that the warranty is attached to the purchase? I emailed secondpity and they told me that they will send it in a "few days" but haven't received it yet.
