Is this game like Mario wonder in terms of coop gameplay or is it more like sonic 2 where the 2nd player just gets left off screen if they can't keep up?

Yes I price matched to Best Buy via online chat through the Target app. They make you order it and then credit you for the adjustment and adjust the taxes. He did tell me it was only for the PS4 on Best Buy but I told them a few times it was the Switch version too and he finally agreed to the price match.

I can say that on switch this game is fun... but the load times are atrocious. Really kills the gameplay when you're stuck staring at a loading screen for 20-30 seconds between sections.

More akin to Sonic 2. It's very frustrating to play this game with a second player. If someone gets too far ahead it will just pull the other player to the leader, even if they are in the middle of something. Forget trying to explore of find secrets in multiplayer. Game is pretty fun solo, but co-op was a bad idea.

I'm a moron for buying this at full price, knowing full well it would be discounted soon enough.

Definitely worth $20 or even $40, it was a decent enough sonic game.

Can someone who bought this confirm that the series X version can't be used on series S (i.e. doesn't contain a digital code)? It's annoying that the digital version is consistently higher than the physical version.
