Since using I haven't had a cavity since and my dentist always ask what I changed because I used to get cavities more often than I care to admit. I'm sure other lifestyle diet changes helped a bunch as well, but I know these helped a lot due to how much more 'stuff' I see these get out between my teeth, over what the single line ones were, that I was using prior.
*one time is did have a bad bag with the lines breaking/fraying. Called them and they gave me a coupon to replace for about 2x more than the original was worth. Never had an issue with lines breaking or fraying since and Ive been using these 2x a day for at least 5+ years now I reckon.
