PS+ Extra can override your licenses for games you previously claimed through essential if a game previously claimed gets added to the extra or premium catalogue when it rotates out, you'll no longer have access to that game.

So check it out. I accidentally found a way to get premium for a year for $96.39.

My sub expired last week, this 41% offer popped up on the ps5 so I jumped on it. Credit card charged $79.64. Now I just checked my ps app and it's offering me to upgrade my plan to premium for $25 minus 33% which makes it $16.75 for the remaining 366 days of my plus. Might as well…

Out the door my bill comes out to
$79.64 + $16.75 = $96.39 for 12 months of premium

Additionally I just checked out and now it's offering another year of premium with 33% off for $107.19 so stacked with what I just did that would be $203.58 for 2 years of premium …gonna have to think about that

This deal is not that worth it. It's worth it only due to the price increases but last year I paid 60/yr for this on a deal and it used to cost 100/yr. Same services are at 135/yr but at a deal its 80/yr. I'm not sure what justifies the price increases. I dont use this because I only play FIFA and I'll most likely stop in a month because my friend is leaving and I only really bought to play along with him. I dont play too many other games and the amount of games is kinda exhausting to search through and care about all that. I dont buy games at release either so hard to justify for me at this price. I do have PS gift cards from costco for 100 for 90. That kind brings down the overall prices but maybe 75 instead of 80?

No thanks. fark this company and any other company that blocks the internet I already PAY FOR from accessing multiplayer for a 70 dollar game I PAID for. Congress needs to do something about this.

my subscription expires at the end of the month, even if I cancel the offer wouldn't show up, right? . I consider extending during bf, but I don't play online, I only got it because I had just gotten a console and because of the games. I downloaded a few for the kids and I played Spiderman when it was available and a few others. I try to 100% everything, so it takes me a while to finish a game. If i can't get the offer I don't think I'll resub, but wanted to ask if it is worth it for just the games? the ones i played last year were spiderman, tomb raider reboot and the 2nd one, sponge bob games for the kids and started playing Calipso protocol but not liking it tbh.
are the monthly games, plus the library worth it? just looking for opinions.

$80 to play online is killing my loyalty to playstation. I try to buy everything I can on Steam now, and increasingly I can get my favorite PS games there.
