Jos A Bank photos always seem to look more neutral than when you receive. The color here is Olive so I wouldn't recommend if it's yours only suit or if you don't have a wardrobe/style that can pull it off. This suit in a normal color would be interesting. Just a word of caution on the pictures as I've been burned a few times. Navy/charcoal would be first two colors.

What does tailored mean? The last time I bought one, I got basically an unfished suit that needed a tailor to finish the pang and size the suit well.
Is it how this process is?

No, tailor just means a little bit tighter fit in between traditional and slim. Every suit will come with pants that are not hemmed and longer so you could size it to your preferred length.

One of those things where it's not worth skimping on the last $100 or so. Make a trip to the closest suitsupply and quality is dramatically better with an in house tailor to do any adjustments if needed.

Jos a bank suits are absolutely terrible and screams poor materials, quality, fit. Unless this is your McDonald's manager jacket, visit suitsupply.
It is! Would you like fries with that comment?

They mean let them know when Suit Supply has a suit at the $119 pricepoint. Look, everyone knows this is a cheap suit, you aren't telling people anything they don't know by hawking Suit Supply and if you are gonna hawk, hawk Oliver Wicks suits which are the cheapest full canvas suits on the planet.

I somewhat agree regarding their lower level suits, but my opinion differs for the higher product lines. The lower end ones, like this deal, are fine for the once a year wedding, if you are not trying to impress anyone.

I have been wearing a suit daily for over 30 years and have literally about 50 from various makers. If you purchase a JAB Signature Gold or Reserve series suit you will find them of reasonable quality and have good attention to detail like pic stitching, 1/2 to 3/4 canvas and other fine points. They are not worth the fictitious list price and can sometimes be found on clearance for $100 to $150 which makes them an exceptional deal.

I wear suits everyday and own 30+ suits. My favorite go-to is Indochino for a complete custom suit, made to measure, pick your fabric, pick your style, lining, every detail custom down to your own person 140 character monogram inside your jacket. They have sales Ive seen for about $300 which is unbeatable for a custom suit already tailored.

With that said, I still like a quality inexpensive clearance suit here and there and this is one of them.

Just plan on spending an extra $50-90 for a good tailor to custom fit it to your body and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if youre going to wear a suit.... pay a tailor to custom fit it to your body including proper sleeve length to your shirt cuff and DO NOT wear a ill-fitting suit.

Buy a variety pack of pocket squares from Amazon to get you started and you'll start looking dapper and start having Indochino custom make your clothes with your initials in your sleeve in no-time.

BTW, I dont own any Suit Supply suits because I have discovered Indochino and can never justify the cost of buying a off the rack vs very inexpensive custom from Indochino.

Check out their sales.... 3 custom shirts for $150. No brainer!

Caveat is youll have to live near one to be measured and fitted. They make their suits in China and you recieve it in the mail and your measurements are saved on file for your next order. Its genius!

Sure. To the extent that I am a customer. No I have no affiliation with suitsupply other than detesting poor fitting suits (Jos a blah) and liking to dress well.
