These are obviously not noise-cancelling, they don't claim to be. It's my second wireless pair, our family also has cheap JBL wireless (the kid commandeered them), several Jabras (some broke) from work, wired JBL that were supposed to be super duper but are terribly bulky and are gathering dust now. We've had several other brands over the years that either wore off or broke. I don't use mic in these, so can't speak to it. I've been using these for gaming for more than 6 months. They are very comfortable, sound is no different than wired Jabra (much better than JBL), and battery last for quite a while. My only complaint is the charging cord is super short. Otherwise these are good headphones for this price.

Sony Junk,

I replaced it 6 times, before returning to the retail store to get my refund.
Sony claims I've received a defective unit, but 6 consecutive times?
I'm not sure what is wrong with the current generation, no one wants to admit the hard truth but rather waste all that time and postage.

This probably explains how Bezo and his cronies at Amazon can get away with such an abomination.
