Former chef- Pacific is probably one of the best boxed broths/soups/stock brands in the grocery store. I use their vegetable broth in everything from fried rice to sauces and gravies.

The butternut squash soup mixed with vegetable broth makes a fantastic risotto if you're looking for a Valentines Day date dish.

Former chef- Pacific is probably one of the best boxed broths/soups/stock brands in the grocery store. I use their vegetable broth in everything from fried rice to sauces and gravies.

The butternut squash soup mixed with vegetable broth makes a fantastic risotto if you're looking for a Valentines Day date dish.

The coupon is on your first S&S order. Haven't tried, but I would guess once I've setup a S&S order, if I tried again for another one, the coupon would not be there since I already have a subscription to it.

Their soups are very good.

Last time I bought some one exploded all over, the box was dripping wet and Amazon gave me a hard time about getting a refund. But SD people, keep making excuses for one of the biggest companies in the the world.

I left that career 20+ years ago, but obviously I still cook at home. Most people aren't going to save their vegetable scraps to make a weekly stock. These boxed stocks and soups are very good and use good ingredients, so why not?

That's not true- you can get good brands at Walmart. I've seen Mutti tomato products there, DeCecco pasta, decent olive oils, and a lot of other good brands of food. They're a discount store so sure, they'll have cheaper stuff, but they do sell quality food too.

As for "Tastes as good as Swanson" - that proves you've never used it. The Pacific vegetable broth is orange/yellow from the carrots and onion in it and is very rich tasting. Swanson broth is transparent and very bland.
