Just remember with 120v heaters; 1500w on a tiny heater is the same as 1500w with a huge heater. There may be different styles of emitting/circulating the heat, but you physically can't get more then about 5000BTU from 1500w. This is why most baseboard/in-wall electric resistance heaters use 240v circuits.

Correct me if I'm wrong but a radiator is hot to the touch where as this Vornado is not... Something to consider if you have little ones around.

I bought 2 of these a few months ago on sale ($50 each) and I'm very pleased with their performance this winter.

Regular circuits have 15 amp breakers. A 1500 watt heater pulls 12-13 amps on its own. If they increase the wattage, it'll just trip the breaker.

We've had this since 2020, including in an old house with terrible heat. Little workhorse, worth every penny.

We bought this when our heater went out this winter. Worked great in the living room and master bedroom, circulated air very well and regulated temperature great.

Got one last year. This thing is surprisingly effective even compared to much larger and more expensive heating options

I've had mine for over 2 years now and LOVE it.. It's not too big ,but warms any room up perfectly. I also love to stick my feet in it after plowing snow etc😅. I ended up just getting a second one last week actually ,when I saw it at Costco for $55 in store.

$39.97 at my store. Also they had two-packs of the Vornado personal space heaters for $19.97 which are great for offices/cubicles and camping. I picked up 2x 2 packs of those as well.

would this usually be placed near the front of the store as soon as you walk in?

Greater little heater. Bought in October before winter and use it everyday in my home office. Love it.

Got one of these in October but haven't used it since getting a DeLonghi radiator heater. This one puts out directional heat immediately but the radiator heats the room more evenly and they pull about the same wattage. Good if you need something portable though.
