Have this guitar. Exact color.
I have a pair of small hands. This thin satin finished neck fits me well.
Paint is fancy, not only with white color but with some shining/bling things in it.
Noiseless pickup gave you the tele sound but not much like my vintera 50 tele.

TBH, l like vintera 50 tele more cuz it is louder.

The upside, if someone is looking for a superior fit, finish, hardware, and (imo) neck and frets, pickup swaps are easy later on and if less mechanically inclined you could look for a 'fully loaded' pickup (I wouldn't, someone else might). At this price, this is a GREAT deal for a brand new ultra at excellent-condition used pricing. You can always swap the pickups later, IF desired.

My take on an electric guitar and choosing one from a model I am familiar with (like a strat, tele, les paul, 335, Junior, etc.): You hear the pickups, you don't put your hands on them to play the guitar. You have your hands on everything else while playing, you don't have your hands on the pickups.

If someone really wants everything ELSE the Elite has and the noiseless pickups are the han-up in making that choice, pickup swaps are an easy fix -- Easy to swap now or later. Great guitar at a great price, even if the noiseless pickups aren't your first love.

Can anyone comment on the size of the 'modern D' neck? I've had several American Standard Telecasters over the years and always sold them because the neck was too skinny? Is 'modern D' larger than the 'modern C' of the American Standard?

This is good question. If you google for your year (ex. 2013 America Standard Tele Neck Dimensions) you may surface some listings (Chicago Music Exchange, for example) where they often list things like nut width, first fret neck depth, 12th fret, etc. Do the same for this American Ultra Tele, though you may need to knock the year back to 2022 or 2023 if they don't list all of those same specs on a NEW one (I see the more detailed specs on used, probably because they get more calls looking for things like that, weight, etc. - just my guess).

At any rate, I think you're going to find, at least in the case of my 2013 Am Std Tele and a current Am Elite Tele, the neck measurements on width and depth are likely to be VERY close to another, but the SHAPE and RADIUS are the tangible differences. Flatter finger board on the compound radius 10-14" vs what it likely to be a 9.5" on the Standard coupled with the relative D vs. C shapes on the back of the neck. For what it's worth, my 2013 Am Std Tele, in my hands, feels a little slimmer in my hand vs. my 2018 Am Elite Strat (very much like this Ultra neck), but it's not because it's really 'skinnier' (nut width, neck depth), it's how it sits in my hand with a slightly different shape.

Bought a '72 Thinline Tele in '91 for $395. In a desperate time, sold it for $500. Of the dozen guitars I've own, costing up to $4000, it was the best. If you find that perfect guitar, never let it go, no matter what. I learned the hard way.
