Don't see how that helps ? Selling your gear that was made when Eddie was boss, one would think those are the guitars that will be wanted in the future. Especially if what you say is true and WG runs the company into the ground. Only makes the original runs better . Think Old Fender Guitars when owned by Leo compared to that of the CBS era.
I've played several EVH Wolfgang Specials, made by Fender. They have all been just as well built as my American Professional Strats. I don't understand why some Van Halen fans attack the company. I would just ignore that criticism, because the Mexican factory is doing great work and these Wolfgang are priced competitively. The new EVH semi hollow is very expensive for a Mexican made guitar. The Wolfgang is the sweet spot. And because the trem is dive only, tuning is much easier than a floating set-up and then you get the stability of a double locking system. Pretty much anyone can figure out how to set up a dive only Floyd.
