Was typing quickly and had 29.99 instead of 26.99. Just fixed it. The 17.98 was correct from the start, though.

I ordered 4 sets. I first picked up the two today and I seen how nice they were how big they were and how heavy duty so while I was in the store I ordered two more at a different store where I was going to be driving I'm going to keep everything not taking anything back Even a small parts organizer is actually not small pretty big and heavy duty.

Thanks OP. They still have a few left at my local store for pick up. I just need to wait for the rolling box to go on sale to complete the system.

Folks, these are good. But the drawers are even better. Soo much easier to organize tools.

I have 2 of those. One of the best for the price. I was hoping they would eventually come back.

What's the "hack"?
It is a way to cheat the store in order to get a better price.

It's a way to follow all the policies the store has in place without breaking any rules at all. If they wanted to prevent this they would do so. They could very easily require both items in a combo to be returned and actually ring up the "free" item as free. Instead, they just discount them both and clearly tell you on the receipt that you can return them separately.

No one is cheating anyone. The rules the store sets forth are being followed. This has been happening for years and Home Depot does not care.

All Packout here. If I didn't have any Packout I may have tried this. Packout is the best for a reason.

Packout is great and much more sturdy, That said, these end up being less than half the price and more than enough for the average DIYer or homeowner.

Also, my dewalt power tools are inside these. Arrest me.

I bought a ton of Packout stuff before the pandemic when prices were good. Ended up collecting dust until I moved. It got used that one time to move all my tools in. Sold it a few weeks ago for double what I paid. I picked up one of these since I have the link wall stuff. When I picked it up today, they gave me the small full-size box instead of the 6 compartment 1/2 size box for free. I didn't say anything. I just ordered a few more to get the 6 compartment boxes as well.

JUST finished redoing my garage workshop with this stuff…..had most of the tools already, but I did start adding a few to fill the space. Big Grin

I'm sure there are better setups for professionals, but this stuff is perfect for your average DIY homeowner. And yes, these boxes were MUCH bigger than I thought they would be, and ended up with only the smaller one.
