Kid has this. I recently discovered it has a lifetime warranty after the bite valve tore. Super easy to use too. Filled out an automated form on the website and new parts were in the mail. Highly recommend for that aspect alone. Survived toddler through elementary years so far.

Yea you have to be careful with these cups. The one in the picture is the good model (I think it's the Eddy+). The older ones had a slightly different design and were really easy to push the rubber part into the cup and spill everywhere. We have both here and the new ones are far superior. They have more gasket ribs on the internal side and fit a lot tighter to make it almost impossible to push through.

We have one of these for our toddler and stopped using it because the mouthpiece of the straw can be easily pushed into the cup, leaving a big hole for the water to spill out. If your kid is mischievous, or even just curious, I would not recommend this cup.

This is a good deal. Lowest price I usually get them for is around $11. Bought 3 thanks op! Always great to have extra since lids need replacing from time to time.

We just received ours, first time using this style of bite valve. Just FYI, it may not be apparent how you are supposed to open the valves--there instructions on the packaging are insufficient, had to go to their FAQs on the web. If the valve does not open by pinching, squeeze it firmly between your thumb and forefinger and roll it back and forth a number of times. Apparently the slit in the valve gets stuck after sitting on the shelf for a time. If still no luck, they recommend soaking in warm water then squeezing and rolling. Once it was opened via that method it functioned normally after that. Since the valve encourages the kids to bite it to use it we ordered a spare set of valves and straws to have on hand, hopefully they are more durable than those on Zak bottles
