As a huge costco fan, I would recommend everyone steer clear of the shoes sold there.
The plain suck. The price is 'right', but they will fall apart... within 6 months if you are wearing it as a daily. If the sole part doesn't separate from the actual shoe, the sole wears incredibly fast.

I have other shoes, example:joes new blance outlet when they are posted here, nothing fancy in the 30-50 dollar range and they tend to last from 1-2 years compared to costco crap.

Upper is fake synthetic suede, not leather.

Like any shoe made from fake leather, it will crack at the break and become useless long before the soles wear out. Stick to fabric or real leather uppers unless you only intend to wear the shoe a few times.
