The model on the box is GHU027. Maybe it's just local clearance? Check zip code 33324 in BS. Seems like a couple of locations have them at the reduced price. Hopefully it helps someone

Yeah. I stand corrected. Nice find. Only see the 18v around me on clearance. Checked a bunch of Zip codes and it is full MSRP everywhere within 60 miles

Thanks, I only have 18v batteries, any idea how much this is and if it's much worse than the 40v?
If you see it is on "CLEARANCE" by you, there is a good chance it is $99 for the bare tool. That's how much it is around here. The 40v one in listed deal is brushless, the clearance 18v one is brushed. They do have 18v brushless as well, but those aren't on clearance that I have seen (they aren't even stocked in store at Home Depot). Brushless will last substantially longer on a single battery charge and have more power. That being said, this 22 inch that is on clearance is probably just fine for most things. I'm hoping to see the price go lower, though, to be honest. $60-$70 range would be good

Welll, first time BrickSeek let me down…

Shouldn't brick seek match what they type in their little scanner thing in the store? (Regardless of whether they actually have it or not)
Weird that brick computer says 3 and in store computer says zero, no??
Yup, I have seen it happen once before, though...with the 40v mower. Brickseek showed 2 at clearance and store computer showed zero...and I know the employee wasn't lying because I saw that it showed 0 on their device. It makes me think that it means someone else came looking recently, they couldn't find them, so a manager zeroed it out in inventory. Since they weren't "sold" like they would normally be sold, brickseek didn't update the count correctly. I could be 100% wrong here, though 🤣
To me, it means maybe they could possibly still be in store somewhere, although, that's a big item like the mower and wouldn't be easy to "hide"

I was shopping for the rigid miter saw, BS showed limited stock and regional inventory on HD scanner show one on hand at the store. The store hand held show 0 on hand but regional showed one. First time for that to happen, mgr was confused by it and apologized
