The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person

RANDOM DRAWINGS: All random drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. After the Sweepstakes Period has ended, all Entries received will be separated into the following five (5) Grand Prize Regions (each, a "Grand Prize Region"):

1. Northeast Grand Prize Region: Entrants that enter with a mailing address in one of the following states will be entered into the Northeast Grand Prize Region: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia (D.C.), Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia (the "Northeast Grand Prize Region").

2. Southeast Grand Prize Region: Entrants that enter with a mailing address in one of the following states will be entered into the Southeast Grand Prize Region: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee (the "Southeast Grand Prize Region").

3. Mid-West Grand Prize Region: Entrants that enter with a mailing address in one of the following states will be entered into the Mid-West Grand Prize Region: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin (the "Mid-West Grand Prize Region").

4. Central Grand Prize Region: Entrants that enter with a mailing address in one of the following states will be entered into the Central Grand Prize Region: Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming (the "Central Grand Prize Region").

5. West Grand Prize Region: Entrants that enter with a mailing address in one of the following states will be entered into the West Grand Prize Region: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington (the "West Grand Prize Region").

On or about April 1, 2024, one (1) winner from each Grand Prize Region will be selected from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Angels Ink full size acoustic dreadnought guitar. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $315.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $1,575.
