Released to coincide with their arrival in New York on June 1, 1964, where they began their first U.S. tour. Describing the album, Keith Richard said it "reflected what we used to play at the Crawdaddy - a regular diet of Jimmy Reed, Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters with some Slim Harpo. I picked this one up when it was a couple of bucks more and it is a great sounding album. Early Stones with lots of blues covers. I found it a very enjoyable listen.

I am perplexed as to why Amazon does not list the song titles on this album. I am not sure, because all my LPs have been boxed up for a dozen years since we moved, but I think I have the original of this.
I am sure that I saw the Rolling Stones in Long Beach, CA (not sure of the year, 1964?). Great concert until someone threw a knee-length boot that almost hit a band member. That ended the concert. Disappointing, but totally understandable.
