Why in the world would you buy a $200 laptop, esp without a dGPU to play games on?
This laptop was never meant to play games on to begin with.

That's a pretty decent CPU, I have a desktop that was a "good PC" in 2014 with a CPU (Intel Core i7-5820K) that gets similar benchmarks. It's shocking to see a decent laptop cost less than what most people make in a day.

Certified slick imo for $200. The USB-C DP/PD makes the difference. With these specs there's no point upgrading RAM even if you could, and while you might find a Gateway refurb at this price with better processor mem and storage, the build quality on Acer is gonna be a bit better.

I received this today. It doesn't get charged via USB c port. Only the included adapter charges the laptop. Is this right?

Laptop doesn't charge with the usb c port.

Gateway refurb laptops with touchscreen is actually much better build quality than this... I bought both and returned acer
