I've been buying Woot! tees for almost 20 years now, probably around 50+, mostly in the last 10 or so years. Their quality used to be top notch. Some of my oldest tees from them have holes and rips and frayed collars, but the graphic is still there looking faded, but full and complete. Then I have some tees I've bought just in the last couple years, only wore a handful of times and ended up tossing them out cuz the graphics peel and flake off in the wash. I don't know what process they use now, but its not screen printed. Most have held up pretty well, price considering. Also, due to the construction quality of the shirts they're using, collar rigidity can be hit or miss. Some collars roll up quickly when wearing it. That bugs me.
Also, I don't buy tees that have huge graphics that cover the whole front like a solid square. The graphic feels like plastic on your chest through the shirt and that's uncomfortable to me, so I buy designs that have negative space in them so they breathe more. Shirts are 100% cotton and while not being the most refined, softest cotton, they're comfy.
All that said, I still just bought 5 more because of this deal which is one of the better ones I've seen. I only buy during one of these sales which they have fairly often. I think its only been 2 months since I bought 3 for like $7 each.
Another thing I do like is that I'm a 2X these days and a lot of clothing brands and stores will start increasing their prices at that size by a couple bucks, Woot doesn't. So $6 per shirt for 2X is a sweet deal, especially if you're into nerds shirts like I am. This holds true for pull-over and zip-up hoodies too, no up charge for larger sizes. The include hoodies, long sleeve, totes, etc.. on some of these sales too, so keep an eye out.
you MIGHT get 4 washes out of these before the graphic starts peeling and 6 before it looks like trash. I have been a day 1 woot shirt buyer and since the end of 2020 their print quality went to shit (they used to screen print and I think they switched to low cost/quality direct to garment). I tried some again on one of these deals at the end of last year and the designs started noticeably peeling after 3 washes. Here is some pictures of what you are in for from when they switched over. At $6 for a junk shirt, it is whatever but know what you are getting. If you want a cheap graphic shirt that will last a lot longer go get an $8 shirt from target or walmart.
Also, I have contacted woot about it and they don't care.

A real SDer would understand half the price is not good if you get less than a tenth of the use out of it.
Anyone have recommendations on shirt sites like this but with better quality (and hopefully occasional sales that make it more affordable)?
