Walmart online returns are simple. Return to the store for a refund, order again. This type of thing is rare and happens to any brand. There's no way I'd spend 2 hours with any chat. Takes less time to return it and re order something different. Stuff happens. Problems solved.
$19 off ain't bad. If this were just the printer (not all-in-one, too big for my shelf), I'd bite!
