Ordered 2 on the last sale. These are great heaters. Highly recommend them, great build quality. A very strong fan. We haven't had to turn on our heater at home.

1,500 Watts at 110 volts is 13.6 Amps. If you have this plugged in on a 15 Amp circuit and are running a few other things, then yes, it will trip. That's not an issue with the heater but with your home and your energy consumption meaning whatever else you have running on that circuit breaker.

there is "no fix" because nothing needs to be fixed.. if you are tripping breakers, it's because you are overloading it or have a faulty breaker.

Can I just use manual on/off and temp setting without app?
Yes, manual controls are on the heater itself. Can use with or without the app.

Sounds like a fluke, we have many Govee products, used heavily and have had no failures. They've been great.
I had a blown fuse in the cord that I didn't discover until after I tried taking it apart. I may have made mine worse.

May order another one of these for the,all of, 5 days of cold weather get in FL since the wife won't allow the heat to be turned on. Bought the white version via a previous sale and it's awesome even just as a fan.

It works, make use you hit "apply" instead of continue. I ran into the same mistake.
Thank you. It works.

Yes, has controls on top of unit (no temp adjustment, just fan ). I have 2 and love them. Take a look at the amazon listing, this is a good price. Also have mine integrated with their hygrometer.

Guys Avoid this, i brought 3 and returned all, it will trip the electricity and might have fire hazard, all has tripping problem and its due to when it starts it starts with high power and there was no fix from manufacture on this

Fyi. If you already ordered one from the previous deal the code may not work . I had ordered the white one a month ago and today when I tried to order the white one again, the code didn't work, however, the code for the black one did work.

I got this because this allows turning on your heater remotely via app, most heaters (even Dyson) in USA does not offer this feature due to potential hazzard.
There's probably a reason for that...

If I buy this, will my heater also blast super visible aurora borealis into the air in broad daylight?

These need dedicated circuits. Meaning, the outlet you are plugging it into should not be connected to anything else. If you have a computer connected to the same circuit and plug in the heater, then obviously there is a chance it will overload and trip the breaker.

Ideally, you should put these on a 20 amp circuit anyways but a 15 amp should be fine.

Better yet, space heaters aren't really a good idea if it is your only form of heating. Very inefficient.

Do you need a hub for this? I thought that you would but Amazon is saying you can control this with a Version 5 of the Dot which does NOT have a built in hub
