It's sad that a jr bacon cheese was 99 cents every day price less than 5 years ago

Y'all been locked in a basement? Even a regular McDonald's cheeseburger is $3. In my area the JBC is normally $3.59 (though I never get one unless it's part of the $5 meal).

Not saying these are amazing deals (agree the chicken foam items are gross), but they're also not (today's) normal prices.

Y'all been locked in a basement? Even a regular McDonald's cheeseburger is $3. In my area the JBC is normally $3.59 (though I never get one unless it's part of the $5 meal).

Not saying these are amazing deals (agree the chicken foam items are gross), but they're also not (today's) normal prices.

Wendys is peanuts compared to Mcdonalds - Aka the whole cashews of Fast Food. Note: Wendys quality has nose dived in recent years

As others have said, their prices are off the charts. You could buy a 4 for $4 during the worst part of Covid, 2020-2021, when every restaurant was supposedly struggling. Yet, now at my local Wendy's it's $6 for the same combo.

Is it purely inflation? Or is there a little corporate greed going on, too?

You might be surprised to know that different regions have different fast food prices.
