Well, Newegg is NOT selling this directly, one of their 3rd party vendor's are! The the vendor has only 17 reviews the last 12 months on 19 products. .

GPU kept crashing

The GPU kept crashing no matter how low the settings were set. Sent back for a replacement. Will update when new one arrives.
What a scam! it is not in the title of this thread or anywhere else. You can buy this if you want. I just want to WARN you, to investigate this before you pull the trigger!
p.s. if not a scam, tell my why? And inform us!
Quality control is probably non-existent.
BUT: There are free returns and Newegg has their "Marketplace Purchase Protection" program which guarantees a full refund. I've used it and they followed through.
The full fledged 2304sp 580 is available on Newegg for $119
You can also get the 8gb 5500xt for $119 (it's a hair faster)
The next most powerful card available today is the A580 at 179$
I wouldn't call it a scam, just a dodgy product.
But yes, "Buyer Beware!"
