I have touch capacitive controls on my microwave (like this) and they are near impossible to use with any oil or flour on your hands.
I would not want to run the risk of not being able to turn down/turn off this mixer just because my hands have flour on them. Sounds like a mess/accident waiting to happen.
A few reviews bring up another huge no from me, the bowl mount on the base is plastic.
