Great deal but it's wild that nearly $1/cup coffee pods are considered a great deal. Nespresso is making out like absolute bandits on these Vertuo line pods.

$1 a cup is crazy for at home coffee, but Starbucks gets nearly $3 for a short (8oz) black coffee now and you have to go get! I'll stick to my bulk drip coffee that cost a few cents per cup, although Nespresso makes a great cup of coffee.

Wow! This is great that someone else can make Vertuo pods. Did their patent expire? I also see another vendor selling reusable pods with the bar code.

Sometime between 2029 and 2035 so it'll be a while and by then they'll have something new pushed out and Vertuoline machines will have been phased out.

Yup, it's about $0.7-0.8 per pod in Europe vs $1.25 in the US. At least these taste better than any drip coffee I've made

Starbucks has been making Vertuo pods for a while. You can get them at Target and possibly other retailers.
