It offered me a $2.25 no-rush credit w/ purchase of 3, YMMV.

Not to deal crap on OP but I've tried a bunch of different floss picks across multiple brands, and I can confidently tell you that this is one of the ones which snaps easiest.

Pro side of it is that it will hurt your gum less if you are one of those that go ham when flossing. And it rarely, rarely shreds (though not never) and even when it does shred, it's not as uncomfortable/difficult to remove when the thread is stuck between your teeth, compared to some other crap floss picks. Also it's on the thinner side since it's "tape-like" so it will help if the gap is tight. Alhough it might snap one or twice before you can get it to slide into the tight gap.

Personally I'd recommend the micro line or the twin line plackers for you normies, whichever is cheaper. There is a different thread on the micro line right now which is basically the same $ per count ($0.018 vs $0.0192). See few comments down for the link!

edit: few errors

As someone with some tight & sharp teeth, I also recommend the twin line plackers. They're the best I've used. Some of the other ones I end up needing multiple flossers to get all my teeth. I've never tried the micro line, but will try them next time I need some.

Depending if/how you value no rush credits it could impact the slickness of this deal. It offered me a $2.25 credit w/ purchase of 3 on my account w/o prime card associated with it (offers 6% back instead of no-rush credit if prime card is used). Some people value it nearly like cash for streaming service subscriptions, digital tax software, ebooks, movies, etc.

Would purchasing these qualify as a medical expense for a HSA?

This is actually my favorite one and I have stocked up with tons of these. The floss line is thin and can get thru tight gap between teeth. The pick is just the correct tip angle and shape that I prefer ( I hate straight or blunt ones). Limit per order: 3
