Apparently having a big mug like this does end up encouraging a person to drink more fluids. I'm actually being serious. Drinking more water is one of the easiest beneficial health activities you can do. I have no excuse as to why I don't drink more water.

I filled my different one with ice so when I would work 12 hours, I just needed to put water in it to have ice water for my 12 hour shift.

We didn't have an ice machine so it was have ice from home or have room temp water for 12 hours.

I use mine every day. Easily worth 15 bucks. I have yetis and still use this most of the time.

Edit: the yetis do keep my drinks colder longer. Thought I should mention that. I just like this cup.
