You dont have to buy anything from amazon. You buy the bit set ANYWHERE, then submit to get sockets for free. The OP and other posters are missing the real info.
😂 all the people that think they understand get it wrong… can't realize until it's too late.. 🤣
the $15.47 value is assigned tot he FREE item that they will MAIL to you. they legally have assign a value for tax purposes. you're supposed to declare things that you "win" or get as a "rebate" on your income tax (even though no one does)
it's very simple. buy this kit. fill the rebate form. makita will send you sockets in the mail for FREE that have a retail value of $15.47. no one is giving you a check for $15.47. the only thing you get are the sockets
