Autolite spark plugs are garbage. Stick with what came original. In over 35 years of professional wrenching I have learned what works and what doesn't.

Don't buy your auto parts from Amazon, they are probably fake.

There's no such thing as fake autolite spark plugs. They are not considered a premium brand and they certainly don't sell at a premium which makes them not at all enticing for counterfeiters.
NGK on the other hand...

Get iridiums instead (which are currently onsale as well).

The biggest risk here is whether or not the rebate comes through.
If you are asking if these are good and anyone replies back about the cost of installing plugs...run from that place. If they don't install their own plugs they are not a source of auto knowledge.

There is no "risk" other than the rebate. That being said, I hate Amazon and would advise buying local. Either way inspect and gap your plugs -always.
My 2023 Autolite was rebated in 6 weeks. No issues.

As an extreme slickdealer this is one of those items you get what you pay for. They either won't last very long or will just make your car run like crap.
100% false. I got a set of Autolite XPs for my Ford F150 last year. Runs great and Autolite sent my rebate in 6 weeks.

If you're doing all the labor to install these in your car, do you really want to cheap out on plugs? ... Just saying, if you take your car to a shop, 80-90% of the cost is labor. Doesn't make sense to use budget plugs

LOL. It depends. I've worked on more types of vehicles than I care to list here.
When it comes to plugs there's a gigantic difference between different vehicle models as far as the labor is concerned.

A 1st gen Mazda Miata? A piece of cake.
A 6 cycle Toyota Camry? Sort of a nightmare.

So, yeah there can be more "at risk" here than a rebate. Some vehicles require a lot of work to do a plug change. For those vehicles, it isn't worth moving off OEM -IMHO.

Like I said above, it depends on the vehicle. Some vehicles are so easy to change the plugs that it really doesn't matter. But, if it's a complicated job (which I've done and it sucks) I agree.

The couple commenters here that have said "mechanic here" are pretty much the only ones with valuable info added to this post.
My 2 cents for those of you sparkplug unaware.
Autolites are not terrible. (As one person said already)
Some cars are picky and should only take denso or ngk, Google it for your car.
This deal is for platinum.
Platinum is better than copper but worse than iridium. Maybe worse isn't the right word. Older? When plugs were copper you replace them every 5 to 10k. Platinum every 50k, iridium every 100k.
Don't assume because your car wants copper you can upgrade to platinum. Google it, some ignition systems designed for copper won't work well with platinum. MSD for one.
If your car wants platinum, of course you can use this.
If your car wants iridium don't use platinum.

Why do they make higher or lower grade plugs for all these different cars when they are supposed to take a particular one? 1 to confuse you and 2 for very specific and or race applications.

Can you put copper plugs on your 200k supercar? Probably. Should you? Probably not.
Can you put iridium in your 1977 pinto? Probably. Should you? Probably not.

I spent more for ruthenium plugs and I don't regret it one bit.

Are these good for sport cars I have a G37 coupe Infiniti I usually put iridium NGK but clicking on the these spark plugs on Amazon it says it fit my car I wonder will these be a good alternative or not ? Any one with Infiniti has these in the engine? And if so what are your experience with these worth buying or not?
I had a 2011 civic 1.8 engine. For the first time I replaced original spark plugs(NGK iridium)was at 195k miles. the plugs didn't have any issue at all.it was preventative maintenance. I replaced them with NGK iridium and have driven the car 85k more miles since. No issues whatsoever. I now own a 2011 G25(had a G37 too), and I wouldn't put anything but NGK iridium. Considering G37s run better on higher octane gas, NGK iridium will deliver better and last longer. I have to disagree with others and agree with you that G37s are considered sport sedan/coupe cars.

I would put these on my twin cylinder riding mower, but not on my G.

I would not do it. The price of your car is not worth the little saving you get. Buy it locally from auto parts store, they can insured you get the quality part for your car and would not sell junk.
Could not agree more.

First, if they are good, mgf would have adopted them to save costs. Why would you spend hrs on replacing the SP and hope they perform as the OEM model?

I think they take iridium, I have a rav4 and the previous owner had platinum plugs and my car ran rough until I changed it.
Thanks, I ended up canceling my order and will use Denso iridium which are the OEM for both.

They are manufactured by FRAM, well known for their filters. They're also the official spark plug of NASCAR since 2000. Cheap brand sure. I wouldn't hesitate to run these in my car though. They're backed by a big brand and have some good endorsements.

Great plugs. I run the XP double iridium on everything I own. Zero issues. I replace plugs about 50k miles. Denso will go to a 100k easily as well.

Submitted rebate online, received approved email 3 days later

MIR are such hit and miss, I'd rather not, especially because I tend to forget what I submitted. I prefer instant discount/coupon upon purchase.

I read up on NGK and how there are lots of imitations online. I order my Laser Iridium directly from Amazon for a little over $11 per spark plug last year, I would not trust any 3rd party vendors to have genuine parts.
Online submission, mail in not required

Have you tried to fill out the online rebate?
Amazon.com is not on the sellers' list. It wants you to enter its address.
UPC code is not accepted no matter what I tried.
It is impossible to submit it.
Enter amazon as other/not listed
