So wait until it isn't on sale and it will be at your price point.

What does that even mean? I have this and it purees, blends, crushes, mixes like you would expect an immersion blender to do.... so, no?

Amazon only has black and white on sale, so if you want another color, use Kohls.

I love mine. Someone on Etsy has a 3D print for a charging stand that works pretty well.

I keep holding off for a price drop and wider availability of the KITCHENAID GO CORDLESS SYSTEM that supports a common battery and off board charger for multiple cordless appliances

Can we use this in a non stick pan? Will it scratch the pan?

Seems like the kind of thing that will have a dead battery when you need it. But you can't just plug it in, you have to plug it in and wait 20 minutes...

Aw man this is a good deal. I bought the corded version for the same price a few years ago. I certainly don't use it enough to justify getting this, but its a great deal if you need one.

It comes with a removeable plastic scratch guard. I've used mine with nonstick pans and plastic mixing bowls with the scratch guard and it hasn't been a problem.

Aren't consumer grade immersion blenders generally crap? I wouldn't really expect anything for anything that's less than $100.

Curious what justifies the price on this compared to the equally well reviewed $40 options that have more attachments?

That is why I am interested in the Kitchaid Go system. ( seems like a Target exclusive right now )
Like cordless tools, the removable battery can be charged while the tool(s) are in storage, especially useful when multiple tools, or appliances, use a common battery. One charging station instead of everything out on the counter plugged in and charging before use.

Eventually these kitchen appliances will catch on.

I've had the corded version of this for a few years and the only thing I don't love about it is that it isn't cordless. Pretty sure this is what I paid for the corded version. I use it everyday to blend up my coffee.

I really don't need to replace mine just for that one feature, but this price is really tempting. Damn you slickdeals.
