Based on the vertical height this is like a very wide 21" monitor (18.3"x10.3"). As for the width, this is about the same as a 27" 16:9 display which can sometimes be had for $100 though typically with fewer pixels (23.5"x13.2")
I don't really think this is wide enough to give that ultra wide screen feeling while the vertical height might make it feel like a smaller monitor vs other low cost options.
As for the wide bezels, they may not be that wide. Instead the screen is small enough that a slightly wide bezel seems quite large because the usable screen is just that small.

It lets you input the monitors and change the positions, etc. It could help you narrow things down with your space and if you'll want to buy mounting arms or something else.
