I wear these exact contacts for 2 months at a time with no issues. More often that not I'll replace them because of a slight tear rather than because I actually need to.

Been doing this for 20 years. Saves a ton of money. Don't listen to what the eye doctors say about "2-3 weeks." I wear contacts everyday. There have been times I've gotten through the whole summer with 1 pair of contacts.

Keep them clean and be gentle...they will last much longer than what the box says.

i've been using acuvue oasys contacts for a few years and have been pretty happy with them.. but is there an advantage to using the 1-day contacts? i've always used ones that need to be disposed of bi-weekly..

and they're sealed. Ive ever had a contact case they fully sealed. If I would only wear contacts every 6 weeks or so,, they would be dried out and id have to open a new pair.
I wear mine for 6+ months at a time. They're probably only monthly contacts but I keep them clean and discard them if I get build up. I'll leave the old pair set aside and if I happen to have a mishap with a fresh pair, I may grab the old one in an emergency fix. Usually throw the case out after a while because I end up with 2-3 cases sitting on the dresser or something. Usually they're still good to go as far as liquid and soft lenses. I just don't want to wear them after sitting so long in a dirty solution.

But you need to screw down your cap if your contacts are going dry after a week or something without use. Also don't go skimpy on the solution if you don't wear them often. I fill up about 70-80 percent full. Just enough that a slight bump won't spill the solution on the desk. I place mine on a wash cloth for such cases as it absorbs the spill immediately.

you also save $200 by not having to renew your prescription each year (just keep in mind). and i'm sure the deals rotate so you just need to look around and particularly look for sites based in UK
Thanks I appreciate it.

Just so happens to be like someone else previously stated, if you purchase from EZ contact and just send a picture of your old contacts, they will first ask you for a proper prescription, but then they WILL just ship the boxes anyways. Mine are arriving later today, I haven't had a prescription in over two years

Next time you have your exam, ask your Dr. to try them out.

Personally I found the 1-day contacts would dry out faster and by a 6/7/8pm time frame each day, I'd want them out of my eyes, even with drops throughout the day.

The bi-weekly, I could easily go till 10/11/midnight/1am with and use less drops throughout the day, so I ended up just sticking with them.

I've tried the 1-day things a couple times now and each time the same thing + the added cost of 1-day just didn't make it worth it for me.

But your doc will give you a sample pack, try them out.
I found this to be true as well. Would much rather stick to the bi-weekly option vs the daily as dry eyes with contacts is very uncomfortable.

Looks like it's dead. Price up to 29.95. Tried ordering last night at 27.95. There's no place to add coupon and 5-7day free shipping option was grayed out

Don't listen what the doctor tells you? I suppose you say not to take the vaccine either? Don't listen to doctors right?

Thanks OP! Never heard of this site before. Just ordered 4 boxes. So much cheaper than when I bought from my optometrist.

I ended up ordering a 2 year-supply to get the maximum benefit. IIRC, I saved about $150 or so, but this was like 18 months ago.

Take a look https://www.visiondirect.co.uk/no...ion-needed or http://Lenstore.co.uk
or just do a google search
Thanks. Added https://www.lenstore.co.uk/ to my list of sites that offer contacts without prescription. Repped you.

Yea. Trust some random guy on the Internet. People, listen to your doctor. Change them out properly. Sure, if you go little past it is ok but if you go too long it shows on your lens. Dont believe me? Wear contacts way too long and see if the doctor can tell. I bet they can.
