The voice chat is always the big downfall and thats more the fault of bluetooth in general. When you enable the mic, bluetooth switches into 'phone call' mode. the headphone audio quality goes down so latency can go down and also to maintain bandwidth for the voice channel. You can overcome this by using the corded option into a mic/headphone plug on your pc. Otherwise, what you really want is a gaming headset with a dedicated dongle, which on the good ones will even allow you to have a separate voice chat channel in addition to the spatial game audio.
Tried them out and noise cancellation was not as good as my Samsung ear buds. The build quality was absolutely amazing and felt very comfortable but have to return for this reason. I can confirm that they include a case.
Ugggh -- as others alluded to this is not Costco "warranty" or return policy. You have to deal with Anker and they appear to either be off-shored support and/or they are located someplace 12-14 hours time difference. Evidently you have to pay for return shipping unless they are defective. Costco should do better with being transparent about Costco Next. Not having the warranty or return policy really doesn't make this a deal.

4. Reset the headphones by holding down the power button and V+ for 5 seconds

I returned it to ankersoundcore and had topay for return shipping. I DID NOT like the look and design of it. very ugly bad design and looks, two huge earmuffs on each side it looks like.
Are they good for office use? Right now I'm using XM2 connected to Windows PC via BT, but the are broken.
I bought this model about 10 months ago primarily for office use and I'm happy with them. The noise cancelling does a decent job blocking out general office noise and the mic is pretty good at picking out your voice. One time I accidentally put on the headphones backwards and others in the meeting said they could barely hear me, which to me a good sign that these don't pick up people talking behind you (if you wear them the right way around ...).

I'm more of an IEM guy, but I could use a new set of Q45 to replace my old Q30. I got those for $50 refurb.
Audio quality of the Q30 and Q35 I've had are great. Q45 should be an upgrade in sound and comfort.
My IEMs are Buds 2 pro and Buds. For real music, I skip them all for 7hz Zero & Dioko on USBC DAC.
