This is in within $100 of what I got my Ultra for with Apple Care on Ebay....I highly recommend getting one of those instead...so much better

Ultra is way heavier. I had one for a year and sold it to go back down to a normal version.

How has the adjustment been with the battery life? I find the Ultra 2 very bulky and I hardly use cellular data on mine.
